Information we collect
During Mavro’s initial launch, we may collect your name, email address, U.S. state, general procedure interest, desired timeframe, whether dental records are available, referral source, consent choice, and communications with us. We may also receive basic technical information needed to operate and protect our website.
Information you should not submit
Our initial website and case-review form are not designed for medical records or sensitive clinical information. Please do not submit diagnoses, treatment details, X-rays, photographs, passport or government-identification information, payment-card information, insurance information, or other sensitive health information unless Mavro later provides an approved secure method and specific instructions.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to requests, explain Mavro’s process, evaluate whether our current services may be relevant, operate and improve our service, prevent misuse, maintain business records, and comply with applicable obligations. Submitting a form does not create a patient-provider relationship and is not medical advice.
When we share information
We do not share your initial case information with a dental provider without additional permission. We may use service providers that support website hosting, business email, form processing, security, and recordkeeping. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, or address fraud and abuse. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and retention
Information may be stored using business systems operated by Mavro and its service providers. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, to maintain appropriate business records, and to meet legal or operational requirements. Our retention schedule will be reviewed as the service develops.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we collect. No online system is completely secure. The initial form is intentionally limited and must not be used to send medical records or other sensitive information.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or withdraw consent for future contact, by emailing privacy@mavrocare.com. We may need to verify your request and may retain limited information when required or permitted by law.
Children’s privacy
Mavro’s initial service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children under 13. A parent or legal guardian should contact us before submitting information concerning a minor.
International services
Mavro may help users explore independent providers outside the United States. Privacy laws and protections can differ by country. We will explain material information-sharing choices and seek additional permission before sending case information to a provider.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Mavro’s services and systems develop. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through other appropriate channels.
