How Mavro works
Technology keeps the details organized. A care coordinator keeps the experience human.
Share basic contact and procedure information. Do not send medical records yet.
During launch, a person reviews every inquiry and contacts you by email to explain whether—and how—Mavro may be able to help.
If the case fits the network, we explain how to share records securely and organize written proposals around the same key facts.
Ask the treating clinician questions directly. If you choose to proceed, Mavro helps coordinate logistics and follow-up.
After you submit
You will receive the form confirmation, then a Mavro coordinator will review the basics and contact you by email with the appropriate next step. You will not choose a provider, accept treatment or pay for care through the initial form.
Request a case reviewThe Mavro standard
Mavro is currently building its founding network. A clinic is not presented as Mavro-reviewed until the relevant documentation has been examined against the published criteria below.

✓Proposed treatment and materials
✓Itemized clinical estimate
✓Visits and recommended stay
✓Complication and revision policy
✓Remote follow-up and aftercare
✓Mavro’s commercial relationship
This is Mavro’s intended comparison standard—not a claim that every provider or case is identical.Safety & informed choice
Remote estimates can change after an in-person examination. Travel can affect recovery. Before deciding, understand the clinical risks, recommended stay, aftercare plan and who handles complications or revisions.
Confidential first step
It takes about two minutes. Share only basic contact and procedure information—never medical records or sensitive clinical details in this first form.
Request a case review The form opens in a new tab. This is not medical advice, diagnosis or emergency care. For dental providers
We are speaking with transparent, responsive international clinics willing to document credentials, use clear written proposals, support follow-up and participate in complaint and incident review.
Structured introduction
Send the clinic name, location and a work email. Mavro will reply with the structured application and documentation checklist. This inbox is monitored for provider inquiries.
